What's changing with Medify?
From November 11th, your Medify subscription or access pass gives you access to all our products – UCAT, GAMSAT, interviews, and A-levels preparation. Previously, you needed to purchase access to each product separately.
Why are you making this change?
We want to support you through your entire medical school application journey, not just individual exams. This change makes it easier for you to access everything you need in one place.

Do I need to do anything?
No. If you have an active subscription or credits, your access will automatically expand to include all products on November 11th. Just log in and explore.
Subscriptions
I currently have a UCAT/GAMSAT subscription. What happens to it?
Your subscription continues exactly as before, but from November 11th you'll also have access to all products at no extra cost. 6-month GAMSAT subscriptions are different, and are covered below.
I have a GAMSAT 6-month subscription. What happens to that?
Your current 6-month subscription RENEWAL will be cancelled, meaning you’ll have access until your current renewal date.
Then you'll choose from weekly, monthly, or yearly billing options (the 6-month option is being discontinued).
Can I still cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
What subscription options are available?
We offer weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions. All include complete access to UCAT, GAMSAT, Interviews, and A levels.
How do I view, change or cancel my subscription?
Go to https://app.medify.co/account/billing, where you can see your current subscription status, and be taken to the Stripe website to cancel if desired.
If you want to change your subscription, you’ll need to cancel it, wait for it to end, and then re-subscribe with the new desired option.

Everyone else: No!
Interviews
I paid for an interviews season pass. What happens to that?
Your interview access continues exactly as you purchased it. You have guaranteed access through your purchased period, and now you’ll also have access to everything else on Medify.
I have both a UCAT/GAMSAT subscription and an interview season pass. What happens?
Both your subscription, and the interviews season pass, now give you access to all Medify’s products.
