What are access passes?
Access passes give you time-limited access to all Medify products. You purchase a specific duration (which will be allocated to you in a number of days, based on what your group has) and activate it when you're ready to start.
What happened to credits?
We've renamed "credits" to "access passes" to make it clearer how the system works. They function the same way – giving you time-limited access – but now provide access to all products instead of individual courses.
I purchased credits before November 11th. What happens to them?
Your existing access continues exactly as purchased. From November 11th, you'll also be able to access all products, not just the one you originally purchased for.
I have an interview access pass. Can I now access UCAT too?
Yes! From November 4th, your interview access pass will give you access to all products for the duration of your pass.
How do I activate my access pass?
Log in to your account, go to your billing page, and click "Activate" on your access pass. Your access will begin immediately and last for the purchased duration.
Why can’t I buy or get access passes?
Two reasons:
One: you need to be part of a group to be able to use access passes. If you’re not, you can access the platform via subscriptions.
Two: if you are part of a group, not all groups enable students to buy the access passes themselves - they can be purchased for you by the group manager instead.
