You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time by following these steps:
Log in to your Medify account
Click the user icon in the top right of the screen and select “My account”
Click Billing in the left panel then click “Manage your subscription” button
Click “Cancel subscription” button
You’ll be taken to a new screen, where you’ll be asked to confirm the cancellation
Please note:
Your access will continue until the current subscription period expires.
To prevent unintended renewals, it's a good idea to cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before its renewal.
To continue your subscription, go to the Billing section, select “Don’t cancel subscription”, and then click “Renew subscription.”
